Central DuPage Hospital's Heart Surgery Program Affiliates With Country's #1 Heart Hospital, Cleveland Clinic
Suburban Chicago Patients will have Access to World Class Research and Resources
WINFIELD, Ill., July 15 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- Central DuPage Hospital (CDH) in Winfield, Ill. today announced an affiliation with Cleveland Clinic's cardiac surgery program at The Cleveland Clinic Heart & Vascular Institute. This affiliation will combine the academic, clinical and research components of Cleveland Clinic with a Thomson Reuters 100 Top Hospital in the western suburbs of Chicago. This is Cleveland Clinic cardiac surgery program's only affiliation with a hospital west of Ohio.

Yesterday, the Ohio-based Cleveland Clinic was rated #1 in heart care by U.S. News & World Report for the 16th consecutive year.
